“It's a nice, cozy, friendly restaurant with a little bar. Their food & drinks are very tasty and you really enjoy it until the last bite. I had fried Calamari to start with and the first bite I had, I've noticed it didn't taste like the ordinary fried Calamari I usually order at other restaurants. It didn't taste, "frozen food" that was just fried and served. Plus, the battle, spices etc .. and even the marinara sauce that came with it, wasn't from the grocery store shelf. Their Sangria was really yummy. Wasn't overpowering with too fruity flavors. I only tasted esp a slight & smooth banana flavor in the drink and I loved the taste. Their Noni sandwich with garlic fries are excellent and when the bill came for 2 people, it was about half the total amount with tip included, I pay at other ordinary restaurants. This is gonna be our new spot from now on for sure. Yummy 😋”

“I was with a group of friends celebrating a birthday when Slush was recommended to us. Slush is definitely a different vibe than others on the street. Everyone was very hospitable. Being that I’m a frozen drink girl it was right up my alley. I loved the Rum Therapy. One of the girls with us loved the Black Magic. The food was amazing. The Mexican potatoes were a hit. The burgers were enjoyable and the Brussels sprout were good.(Don’t knock it until you try it). Thank you Slush team for making these Texas girls feel at home. Jordan was the best bartender, Ben took care of us. But everyone had great energy. Mr.Walter y’all have something great going.”

“The food here is amazing! It’s is such a vibe every time we go! Reservations are a must! They are always so busy that it is rare that you will be able to just walk in and get a table! My husband and I go for brunch! They have an unlimited mimosas option, which is great! The also have hookahs abs a DJ! I will say this, it isn’t really a family friendly spot, but more so a spot for you and your friends to do a day time turn up vibe! I highly recommend!”

“Fantastic! I had the Steak and Stout pie and it was awesome, so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. As a dessert I had the blueberry tart and it was perfect. Not too sweet like some pie filling but the flavor of the blueberries was delicious, crust was flaky and good. Will definitely be going back for lunch again.”

I did the 1main 2 sides + cornbread 8.99 (9.79 w/tax) I think their prices are reasonable, rib plate a/2sides is 9.99 (not sure how many bones you get) i has 3 fried chicken wings, collards and Mac n cheese. The wings big in size fried good, nice favor, greens tasted good, mac n cheese looked interesting but taste was wasn’t to bad I’ve had better and I’ve had worst. Overall I think it was a good buy for your buck they give good portions, that’s the biggest plus and why they get 4 stars. The meal can hold you for a minute.”

“Update: the owner replied to an empty review and that's cool so I'll put more effort into this. I have not had a single bad taco from this place! Every new one I try is amazing, and I eat way too much of this food. I especially like the window for picking up food (an excuse to make tacos part of my dog walks), the amazingly topped tater tots, and the chicken and waffles taco! Servers have been very friendly, and super nice to dogs when brought to the outdoor seating.”
