Driftwood Bistro

Paint me skeptical of 4 star reviews on a small island but this restaurant is probably the best of what’s available. Their menu is pretty decent and the only place to offer Petite and Regular sized entrees. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the place was bustling. Had the stuffed collard greens, fried okra, and cheese grits. All good.

Very good quality of food. The Maui Maui fish is fresh and incredible good. Their tartar sauce is the best I've ever had. And on top of that, the staff are very friendly, polite, and professional. Everything a bistro should be. Highly recommend.

Mark was an amazing server! I highly recommend the grits, catfish, squash casserole, fried green tomatoes and the fried okra. Bottled wine is very reasonably priced. We may go back a second time! If anyone has anything bad to say about this place they are lying!!!!

First time at Jekyllel. Came here for anniversary. Carrie, our waitress, was awesome. Owner came over and spent time with us and talked about the menu and what to see locally. Impressive. We ordered crab-stuffed flounder, black eyed peas, cheese grits, fried okra, and squash casserole. O M G. Everything is so good. Unique that fried okra is flattened whole okra fried, not sliced and fried. Rum-Smash drinks are good too.....maybe too good :) they even have us their recipe for the so quash casserole. I cannot recommend this place and better than to say that if you not like what I ordered, you have no taste.
