“Fuse Yogurt Shop on Jekyll Island is one of our favorite destinations while visiting Georgia’s east coast. The interior is nothing fancy, but it is modern and clean. Eating this yogurt gives you the same feeling when you eat something you really enjoy. “Great location! Food and service on point. Be sure to bring your phone (I usually don’t have mine but was happy I did) as you need it to order. Ordering on phone was a bit confusing (and I am of area that is more technologically savvy) and not sure how the older beach Jekyll crowd will be able to handle. Here in south we are used to table side hospitality, especially while on vacation somewhere new. Again, service and food were amazing, but having the personal table side service we are used to in the south would be great…this isn’t Atlanta and people come to Jekyll to relax and kick back, not for technology and rushed service. I will be back as atmosphere, food and service were some of the best the island has to offer! Anyone visiting Jekyll should definitely make this a go to stop while in the area. Will not disappoint!”

“Wow if I could give this place 10 stars I would! First off service was great. We walked in and was there for seconds our first time and the owner, Rob, came over quickly to seat us. He was warm and welcoming. We came back 3 more times, simply because when you have great service, & great food you want to come back. My boyfriend tried the New York Strip Steak, Grilled Chicken Wrap with some kind of Carolina sauce, Burger and for breakfast: Croissant with bacon, egg and cheese. He absolutely loved it!! I had the Birdie Sandwich, grilled, each of the three times we came for dinner, because it’s delicious! For breakfast, I had biscuits & sausage gravy. By far the best breakfast and dinner restaurant on the island! Highly recommend! Wish it was closer to home!!”

“My wife and I had lunch on their outside patio. Cool breeze from ocean a perfect day to sit out. My wife had shrimp and grits and I had gumbo and a blackened chicken sandwich. Staff friendly and attentive food was good. Beside the beach in the Beach Village a good location across from the Westin. I would have lunch there again. I also o had a Jekyll Island Brown Ale; it was a good brew.”

“I came here for my friend’s 21st birthday. From the start the restaurant environment was spectacular. Our waitress was one of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered our appetizer, homemade crab dip, it was absolutely amazing. We started but our friend drinks. They came fast and the waitress had fun with us while he drank them. Then came dinner, I ordered bangers and mash, you should know potatoes are my favorite food. The mashed potatoes were unequivocally the best potatoes I have ever had. I am certain I will never have potatoes that great ever again. The bangers (sausages) were also great. They were smoky and savory, no doubt they were high quality. In the end they brought our friend a free sundae. It was simply good, no complaints. One of the drink we ordered was an Irish mule, hands down a great drink made perfectly. I will definitely make another visit and may even plan a day trip to go all the way again.”

“Best place on Jekyll Island to eat fried shrimp. We must have had close to two dozen fried shrimp each, and they were absolutely some of the best fried shrimp we've ever had! We always make sure to have at least one meal here, if not more, when visiting the island! Now please note that you don't have the ambience of a fine restaurant. You go up to a window to order and you can dine inside or outside, but hey we're there for the food not the atmosphere! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!”

“Dinner with family tonight at Zachry's Riverhouse was excellent. Among the menu selections we all ordered, there was quite a variety that represented a cross section of the menu. We sampled each other's food and discovered that everything was delicious! The service was great and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering they're right on Jekyll Island. This is now a favorite restaurant of ours, and we'll definitely be back.”

Ordered a grilled chicken salad; which I got and everything was correct ... however I did not get any type of utensils to eat my salad with. No fork, spoon -- nothing. “I wish I could give more stars! Amanda was a phenomenal server with a smile and a sweet term of endearment with each exchange. We appreciated her help in choosing from so many delectable options. The FOOD IS AMAZING! Especially the shrimp and grits or the shrimp and scallops! When we were considering something sweet the manager came to our table. She was hilarious and we had a wonderful conversation. My husband and I are on a romantic getaway and this dinner was absolutely perfect! We had great food and impeccable service. On the way to our car (after closing) 3 employees with 'Wharf' shirts on spoke kindly and wished us a good evening. Thank you to all of the people at the Wharf! We will be back!”

“Paint me skeptical of 4 star reviews on a small island but this restaurant is probably the best of what’s available. Their menu is pretty decent and the only place to offer Petite and Regular sized entrees. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the place was bustling. Had the stuffed collard greens, fried okra, and cheese grits. All good.”
