The Reserve Steak House

I dined at the reserve tonight because my family and I are visiting for the weekend, we ate here last year and it was amazing so we were eager to go back. Unfortunately our service was not great, the server barely checked on us, and there were a few food errors that weren’t corrected because he didn't come back until a few of us were already done eating.. then it took over 15 minutes for us to pay the bill. Over all id still come back because personally my food was good but for the prices you pay, I believe there should be some time management improvements.

Just a great meal. Formal ambiance without the need to get decked out. Quiet atmosphere. Very good service, I recommend the steaks. Good bar drinks. Did not have desert. Nice view of the ocean. Parking. Easy to find. Yummy, go try it out. I think it could be quite romantic. Parking in front, easy to find inside the Hilton.

Pretty restaurant and friendly wait staff. The table wasn't properly set and an item was left off one of the entrees. The food tasted good, yet for the price, it should have been much tastier.

Reserve was absolutely wonderful; they had an excellent scotch selection and a bar manager who knew what she was talking about. We had a ball enjoying terrific steaks, wonderful seafood, and a very good meal. The service was impeccable and the view magnificent. Kudos to the Westin Jekyll Island for this terrific restaurant.
