“Great location! Food and service on point. Be sure to bring your phone (I usually don’t have mine but was happy I did) as you need it to order. Ordering on phone was a bit confusing (and I am of area that is more technologically savvy) and not sure how the older beach Jekyll crowd will be able to handle. Here in south we are used to table side hospitality, especially while on vacation somewhere new. Again, service and food were amazing, but having the personal table side service we are used to in the south would be great…this isn’t Atlanta and people come to Jekyll to relax and kick back, not for technology and rushed service. I will be back as atmosphere, food and service were some of the best the island has to offer! Anyone visiting Jekyll should definitely make this a go to stop while in the area. Will not disappoint!”

“Wow if I could give this place 10 stars I would! First off service was great. We walked in and was there for seconds our first time and the owner, Rob, came over quickly to seat us. He was warm and welcoming. We came back 3 more times, simply because when you have great service, & great food you want to come back. My boyfriend tried the New York Strip Steak, Grilled Chicken Wrap with some kind of Carolina sauce, Burger and for breakfast: Croissant with bacon, egg and cheese. He absolutely loved it!! I had the Birdie Sandwich, grilled, each of the three times we came for dinner, because it’s delicious! For breakfast, I had biscuits & sausage gravy. By far the best breakfast and dinner restaurant on the island! Highly recommend! Wish it was closer to home!!”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Silver Bluff Brewery! We recently held our Rehearsal Dinner there on a busy Friday night. The team and owners were more than accommodating! We started off with Ally meeting us early to give us a tour of the brewery, walk through pricing, and even a taste test! We were able to use our own catering and they were more than helpful with any questions we had, from decorations, to weather, to timing...they didn’t miss a step! The night of we were taken care of till the very last minute. Our guest raved about the atmosphere, service, and good brews! Thank you Silver Bluff family for living up to your reputation!! “I stop in at least 3 times a week. I love the palm club sandwich. Sometimes they forget my pickle but I forgive them and go back because I love the palm club. My coworkers enjoy the short walk from the hospital on our breaks to get a bite to eat. Best to order online if you don't have the time to sit and wait. Breakfast is good too. Only had it twice but I enjoyed it both times. Great new spot. Still working out the kinks but they have great potential.”

“Made a reservation online for 745. Arrived and there was a wedding reception going on as well but seated promptly. It was date night and my wife had never tried sago before so we thought we would give it a try Listen I know it’s post pandemic and we are all returning to normal but you need to train your staff just a little better before you release them to work in the restaurant. There were four adults and a handful of teen girls running around with their heads cut off like chickens trying to figure out what they were doing Case in point our waitress took ten minutes after we sat down to get our drink order and then did not come back for another twenty minutes. She gives us our drinks and then walks off again for another fifteen minutes at which point as she is walking by I stopped her to say that we would like to order. She did that with all four tables she had. I was watching the rest of the crew and they all did the same thing. We ordered the crab dip to start and shrimp and grits and the halibut and I also had a small Caesar as well. The drinks were a cosmo for my wife and just a sweet tea for myself. The crab dip and the salad and the dinners all came out at the same time. Sorry but if you are going to try to be high end then there has to to be adequate time and space between courses. Cosmo had plenty of liquor in it. Crab dip was great and so was the halibut but the shrimp and grits was like a gumbo and there were hardly and grits. More cream broth than anything with local shrimp and sausage. I realize it’s a hotel restaurant but work on your lights and decor. I worked there back in the nineties in the golf shop and the restaurant has not changed that much and especially the bar. Work on your wait staff and the timing of the food coming out of the kitchen and last but not least work on the uniforms for your wait staff. They are not at a golf or tennis match wearing the outfits they were in last night and have them all dress the same so that they look more professional and more competent in what they are doing.”
