Love that this spot popped up so close to where we live! Ingredients taste fresh and the meat is very tender and juicy! We’ve gotten the Yum Bowl each time and it has not disappointed. If you want a delicious, healthy meal, you need to visit! Service is great as well. We can’t wait to come back and try other dishes.

We stopped by on our way home tonight to grab some bowls to go. Super fresh veggies, they cook the meat when you order and the owner is sooo nice! So happy to have a healthier choice here in Suwanee. I had the yum yum bowl and it was definitely yummy. Hubby made his own and loved it including the purple rice. We will definitely be back!! If you want a fresh bowl with quality ingredients you need to give them a try!!

I’ve been here a few times and they never disappoint. It’s a new restaurant but they definitely know what they’re doing which shows the skill and talent of the owner. They always put in a lot of effort to make sure their food is fresh. The vegetables and meats taste amazing. Including their dressings which all taste phenomenal and are homemade. The most fresh and delicious bowls you will ever eat! The meat is cooked to order, tender and juicy. The veggies taste fresher than ever. The staff is kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about this amazing restaurant! I would give 10 stars if I could. You can build your own bowls or order from their menu. Suwanee has needed this forever! Can’t wait to eat my next bowl!

Stopped by on their 2nd day open looking for a post-workout lunch. Ordered the protein bowl … great combination of fresh, healthy, high protein and good flavor. Menu had some lighter options as well that I plan to try on next visit.
