“I didn’t get a chance to stay inside and enjoy the wonderful warmth away from the storm that was going on outside, but it was a super wonderful coffee shop that had great staff who could answer any questions I had. I was going south back towards home and wanted to try a local coffee shop so I drove about 10 minutes off the highway to get to the shop. The prices were not that bad. I ordered the Mexican spiced mocha, and the caramel Frappuccino. They were both super delicious and helped me get through the rest of my ride home. I unfortunately won’t visit this location unless I happen to be going north again, but I will more than likely check out the ATL spot just because I live closer to that. The town is going through some construction on some of the roads while I’m currently typing this, but it’s nothing too disruptive.”

We ate outside the only down size but not a deal breaker is that if you’re going to eat outside you are going to hear the vacuum from the car wash next door very loud. But overall we are definitely coming back. Prices are reasonable. Glad this little gem in here I wish them the best and hope they are here to stay.”

“I regularly go to this Starbucks. I have always had great service! Everyone that has ever helped me, has been very friendly and has always gotten my order right! Today, I went through the drive thru, and when I got up to the window, a very sweet girl, (I think her name was Madison, she was new) was extra friendly and went above and beyond for me! She was having some issues reloading my Starbucks card, so she immediately asked for help and she was able to fix the problem very quickly, and efficiently! I love the way this Starbucks runs, and handles situations! Great job, Madison!”

Pull up to order drive through, employee said can I take your order I proceed w/3 breakfast meals he just said drive to 1st window I replied you didn’t get our drinks w/meals, told him the drinks selection ok he said drive to 1st window I was thinking and of course WTH Get to window realizing not same person who took the order & let him know gosh who ever took our order was not too enthused about taken our order he in return laughed and said wow I’ll let him know that. Good I said because he had acted like we were imposing 11:00 sun morning we also had to wait almost 10min in the pull ahead lane and the gent who brought out to the 3 cars waiting asking all before us which the lanes are numbered wth ! With all that said it was hot, fresh cooked and order was correct.”

“A few weeks back I was having a tough day... I went through the drive through and my order wasn't right. I over reacted and went inside and I acted rudely towards the assistant manager out of frustration... We all know that at lunch hours things can get busy and when you're running two drive through windows things can get mismatched and that's all that happened. I didn't give her the chance to explain.. Today I had the opportunity to apologize when I got breakfast and she accepted it with sincere gratitude. They work just as hard if not harder than any of us do at their job but aren't able to expect the same respect. I was guilty of this- I treated her like a factor in my day rather than another human being doing the best she can. She forgave me without hesitation over the counter today and that to me is a five star manager. Professional, kind hearted and understanding of human error. I may only spend five minutes a week or less at this restaurant- its fast food- but for those five minutes I will be appreciative that these people are there all day so that someone like me can have a quick meal and so they can bring food home to their family. We're all in this together. Apologies and forgiveness make our community better!”
