“They need better customer service or at least a hostess to greet guest. Once I walked through the door I should be greeted by anyone in the waiting area. It took about 4mins for someone to finally say something to me. While I sat and waited for my to-go order I witnessed it happened to 3 other parties. There were about 3 workers at the register and not one of them looked up to acknowledge someone walking in. At least say "Welcome, someone will be right with you".”
