“I'm impressed! This DD has great customer service. Everyone had smiles and made sure I was getting my order, even the cook! I order the dark roast so they have to brew it when I order it. So fresh coffee, great service, good prices. The restaurant was clean too! I gave only 4 stars because even though I appreciated the service it was a bit slow, and not for me but other customers. I will say it might have partly been due to one employee being trained. So I'll stop here again. I also let the manager know how much I appreciated the service.”

“I go here almost everyday before work to get my coffee roll and I've always had a great experience. They're very attentive and greet you when you walk in the door. If a line starts to form they immediately call someone else to assist as a cashier. This is a newer location very clean and organized. Great location and easy to get to from the main road.”

It took about 4mins for someone to finally say something to me. While I sat and waited for my to-go order I witnessed it happened to 3 other parties. There were about 3 workers at the register and not one of them looked up to acknowledge someone walking in. At least say "Welcome, someone will be right with you".”
