First time at this one and I have too say it was very nice... took my 2 girls to eat and play... our waitress which I believe her name was Neya was very very attentive and kind... took good care of us... the girls seemed to think y'all had more games... I didn't really get to look around but I'll be back soon...

I usually give a specific name when an employee does a great job, but it’s not needed to single out one specific employee, because THEY ALL DID GREAT!!! This is one of the BEST Dave & Buster’s I’ve been to and I’ve been to them in 4 different states and many cities. From the front desk to the bar to the winner’s circle, every employee I encountered was friendly, accommodating, and provided exceptional customer service. I was very impressed. Great job, keep up the good work!!! And I feel it necessary to point out with everything going on right now, as a white woman from out of town, I did not feel out of place or uncomfortable with the majority of the staff being African Americans. They do not discriminate, and neither should you. Thank you!

My daughter and I love D&B! HOWEVER, this particular location is on the smaller side :( Being Henry County residents, we were so excited for the closer location. The play area, self seating and reserved seating are ALL small spaces (causing much longer wait times to sit, order and eat). With all of the space, I can't believe it was not constructed MUCH bigger. Please expand in the near future!! On the brighter side, the food has been great during all of our trips. We are big fans of the wonton tacos and rib eye steak! Customer service has been awesome each time too!

This is the best Dave & Buster’s I have been to in the Atlanta area. Recently opened and very clean (saw the manager at this location mopping, which is rare of people of tier level so I give major props!) the bartender was very attentive as much as he could be; as he was the only one running service. They have a great selection of games as well and they are doing their very best of social distancing during this time.

Upon arrival, 2 employees held the doors open for incoming and outgoing guests (classy). The front desk employees were very polite and efficient. About 95% of the games were in great working order. I saw a slew of new games I've never seen,(a mega plus)! The only issue was that it was a long wait for a table to eat at, BUT, it's half price day and a holiday, so sweep that under the rug. But I was impressed with the system of downloading the Yelp app and holding your place in line via a welcome text. The wait was actually shorter than what the app projected it would be. Food was delicious and my server (Lilo) and the service were both excellent. Also, the gift shop could stand to add some premium gifts and games for the gaming systems. But, all in all, a great experience... we will be coming back for future visits!
