You can't control everything and we need to be a lot nicer to people in the food industry/companies in general. They're doing their best. I don’t normally come to this location & was running short on time, so, it was an inconvenience for me that I couldn’t order inside. When I called, nobody answered but there’s 6 employees (currently inside) , I was then told to order online when I went inside to ask about the phone. This location ran out of ingredients for my order & proceeded to add a flavor I didn’t ask for & provided me with a replacement (including an extra smoothie). Again, Arabiah & Keenan were awesome. “When this location first opened up, they had 2 people on the front counter that greeted you with a smile. The food came out super fast. Everything was good. Total 360! I went this past Sunday... I stood at the counter about 5 mins before I was greeted. I was told that it was another 5 minute wait on my food. This is not the first time. They always have 1 person working the drive-thru and the front counter. I prefer to go inside. They have gone way down since they first opened.”

“This Taco Bell takes pride in it's great customer service, and it shows in every taco served. Sometimes I order items with substitutes and they flawlessly crush it every.single.time. Another thing I really enjoy about this Taco Bell location is that they charge the advertised price. A dollar menu item cost a dollar plus tax, $5 box is $5 plus tax. None of that ridiculous airport pricing some of the independent franchises do.”

“9-6-19 - Decided to try Mellow Mushroom at a different location, so the Stockbridge location was it. Seating outdoors and inside upon arrival, right off the expressway. This one unlike other locations has ample parking and seating inside, with nice artwork on the walls. We had to wait for a booth to be cleaned, but we were seated right away. Our order didn't change so when our waitress came over we ordered drinks, salad, and pizzas. Restaurant was kept clean by the team, friendly patrons were having fun and conversation. Drinks and salad came; first Mighty Meaty pizza shortly thereafter. It was hot, but piping hot, and full of meaty toppings. Later it seemed to cool off too soon. Soon the second one came, but the crust was not as thick and it had less toppings, and was hot, but not piping hot. The crust was a nice color, and not slightly burned like at other locations, which is good. Overall our experience was good and I would recommend this location.”
