We ordered the burger big box. 10 cheese burgers and 5 fries for around $32 with tax. For a family of 6 that's a great deal. The offer is online only. Be prepared for a long wait not because they are slow but because of the volume of customers. Great service and food will be back again to try breakfast.

Jacks is great for breakfast. Get a platter, the sausage gravy and grits are great. Very reasonably priced. The wait times are down, service is improving. I Purchased a chicken meal once for dinner, it was decent but my order was incorrect.

They were very busy when we arrived, but not as busy as it has been since opening day. We ordered two burger combos and a three-piece fried chicken meal. Considering how busy they were, we got our food in a pretty reasonable time. The burgers were freshly made and delicious. The fries were hot, crispy and tasty! My only complaint is that I got a two-piece instead of the three-piece I ordered.

Mixed reviews. Came in for chicken fingers was told no chicken. Got the double cheese burger with extra onion and extra pickle, fries and a drink for $5.99. Decent price. Wanted fries extra crispy forgot to ask because of the surprise of no chicken. But they were decent cooked normal
The burger, I actually liked the burger and bun but the extra pickle, 1 slice of pickle, don't think that was extra pickle. Unless normally it's no pickle so any pickle would be extra. Still confused about the no chicken thing since there was chicken visible under the warming lights. The CSR rep in the dining area confirmed that wad definitely chicken but wasn't sure why I was told no chicken. She said she would have to ask a manager. Manager was available and said she had no idea. So I ate in the restaurant and guess what the manager sat down and ate? If you guessed chicken you would be correct. The unsweetened tea was freshly brewed and tasted good. So I mostly enjoyed my meal but they need to work on service.
