Waffle House

This was the best Waffle House experience ever! The staff in this Warner Robin's, GA Waffle House were so friendly, we got a big welcome as soon as we entered. We were told about the wait time for a booth and was directed to the counter for what the employee called "The Express Lane". LOL! Our server came over immediately with a big, genuine smile to take our order. We received our food the quickest that I've ever had happen! While I ate, I watched the staff. They interacted well with each other in a fast-paced environment. They weren't tripping and running into each other. Orders were being called and directed for pickup in the most efficient way so there was no confusion. While all this was going on, I noticed that the floor didnt have dropped food and trash. My regular Waffle House in my city allows for dropped food, food waste and trash to lay on the floor as they just step over it and keep moving. The other thing that I noticed was that the waffle irons weren't messy and caked up with batter from over filling them. They were all clean on the outside. Definitely not what I'm used to seeing in other Waffle House restaurants. This staff had so much energy, professionalism and positive vibes that I believe other employees should be sent there to train. This location is the best!! I'll most certainly be going back on my next visit there!

Had a great breakfast of waffles and hash browns. When we came in the initial morning Rush was dieing down so we got a booth by the window. Was a a bit of wait before anyone acknowledged we were there. Once our waitress was available she was super attentive and helpful though. Waffle House is a steady, reliable option when you want a decent breakfast at less cost.

Talk about people who love their job and their customers. I see why there are so many regulars! It was busy, but to be expected at 10am. We didn't wait long. The manager greeted us at the door as though he was welcoming us into his home and eased our worries about the wait time. The food was great and hot. And there was a lot of food on our table for a great price!

We had a great time the other day. Most everyone on the 96 spot it always smiling and happy. It's our favorite.

Very good food. Cooked right beside you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. And this is a southern American tradition. Bring the kids, family and have a hearty breakfast.
