After watching this place go up, I thought I'd try it one Friday at lunch.
Once inside, the serving line moved well, but the choices seemed limited (no quesidilla!?) I have to compare against the local burrito bar joints and it seems Chipotle's strategy is to nickel and dime (Want guacamole? $3.65....chips? $4!)
I got a chicken burrito, the chicken was nicely seasoned and the toppings were nice and fresh. The chips, however were way too chewy. Like maybe they didn't fry long enough. My wife was happy with her burrito bowl, the rice was well cooked. It was pretty good if you can get over the sticker shock of the extras. (around here the chips are free and guac is a buck or so)
