“My experience with this restaurant was nice. It is a small company/building but yet powerful. The staff was nice and quick with service. Inside was clean but there is no restroom for customers. There are two tables and chairs inside and out. The food prices are reasonable and portions are big. The drinks are different, tea and milk tea, I had a passion fruit tea with peach boa boa it was 👍 good . My food was awesome shrimp veggies fried rice the carrots were sweet, shrimp was huge. Enough to feed two or leftovers. This place is a comeback for me. So go get u some, there are so many choices vegan or non-vegan.”

“I went there for the first time today and must say I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself is beautiful from the walls to the seats, and with the Mexican music in the background it created a good ambiance. I ordered the cheese dip as an appetizer and the sizzling steak, shrimp, and chicken fajitas and they were both delicious. I also had more than enough to take home which makes it feel worth my money. To add a cherry on top, the waitress was very sweet and everything came out in a timely order. Great lunch experience I definitely will be back!!”

“This place is the new kid on the block! Glad they are here. Authentic Mexican food made, owned, and run by Mexican people. The food was made fresh, not thrown in the microwave. I was able to eliminate items from my dish, which is always an indicator of made to order food. They gave me handmade tortillas and freshly fried tortilla chips. Delicioso! Be sure to check them out. I will definitely return to taste other dishes.”

“Wow we always come here and the buffalo cauliflower is AMAZING! I always ask for it already tossed in buffalo sauce or it comes on the side which I don’t like. Chloe really did us a solid and we showed up at 10:15 and they said “appetizers only” but she and the hostess made it happen for my husband, Travis, to get his Fish and Grits platter that he LOVES here! He said it’s one of his favorite meals EVER! And he’s such a tough sell with food and quality. We love coming here. The drinks are always spot on, the wait staff is so accommodating and the owner always walks around and talks to (most) (or all when I’m there) people to make sure everyone’s experience was perfect. Pretty much everyone who works here is amazing and it’s such a cool atmosphere that was very much needed in Valdosta. We really need more hip/updated places like this in Valdosta!”

“Bern's Place is a pretty unassuming place just at first glance. Probably something you wouldn't look twice at when you pass it. When you walk in you're greeted by a young lady there to take your order before you sit down. The dining area inside is very small but cozy and comfortable. It's a shop too, on the other side. I didn't check that out very much but I plan to next time I come here. The food is so very good. This was my first experience with Filipino food so I don't know how much weight my opinion may carry here. But for it to be my first experience, this gave me a great taste for Filipino food. I really enjoyed it and I am already planning to dine here again.”

“My step mom and I were so surprised at how great this place was! Especially Jairus J! Whatever you are paying him, IT ISN'T ENOUGH! He is the friendliest, sweetest, kindest person, and knowledgeable about the store and menu. You order at the counter, pick it up, and take it to your table.
