I do wish they were more consistent when it comes to the size of their boneless wings because at times they can be pretty small. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is well designed. “We stopped into another place that advertises they are open for lunch, where in reality, not true. So, we decided to try Hudson's. It seemed nice, but really short-staffed and took quite a bit of time to get our food. That's understandable sometimes. It happens. Food was really good once we got it, but our server, Emily, made it happen with a smile and apology for the slowness. It wasn't her fault, but she took responsibility for it and made it right. I paid full price for everything. No discount expected at all, nor given. It wasn't needed. She did a great job, and is the reason I'm writing this review. Please get that poor girl more help and another cook. It wasn't terribly busy, actually very slow, so I think they were short staffed in the kitchen. We will be back again. Their fries are incredible. I ordered extra food to go for dinner this evening and made sure she got her >50% tip.”

Definitely different from our favorite Shrimp Basket in Panama City Beach, FL, but still good. My son enjoyed his shrimp basket for dinner. And I enjoyed my shrimp and grits. Though I liked my shrimp and grits, I probably would not get it again. The shrimp was deliciously cooked, but the grits were not so great. Prices are expected because it's seafood. All in all, I would recommend to anyone in this area. Nothing negative to say about this restaurant.”
