    Pretty decent breakfast food. Friendly staff and clean establishment. I wouldn't recommend the burgers though lol.

    This was a great place for our granddaughter's first birthday "non-party". They let us eat alone in the back room, and the waitress went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and wanted. The food was great, but the real star of the evening (besides my grandchildren, of course!) was the waitress. Very glad we decided on this Athens IHOP for JJ's first birthday dinner.

    Fast seating even on a busy Sunday morning. Server was super nice. Fast food delivery, accurate order, good temperature. Lots of selections on the menu to choose from.

    Six of us, daughter, grands and one great went for a get together breakfast. Good food. Good wait staff. No one rushed us. Enjoyable time.
