“So pleased to see this addition to Jasper. The food was very good, not what I expected from a GA BBQ restaurant but a pleasant surprise. You won't see the variety of sauces sitting on your table, you will receive a very well seasoned, sauced pulled pork that is delicious. The fries were not the standard frozen fare - they were large spiral cut fresh potatoes and the Cole slaw was equally as good. Quaint interior, nicely decorated, exceptionally clean with freindly service. Definitely a repeat for us!”

“The stromboli that I had was clearly made from scratch in house. It was delicious, but a little too much bread (pizza crust). My dining companion ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and the Alfredo sauce was almost tasteless. When brought to the attention of our server, she immediately offered to have the kitchen make another dish. She accepted and the pasta dish she chose was much more flavorful. Our server was truly outstanding in that she checked on us frequently and made sure we were happy and satisfied. Will definitely go back and recommend this new place to others.”

“Excellent service, very friendly staff. Cozy place. The fried oysters were awesome. The grilled Flounder was just OK,, same for the scallops. The blackened shrimp and rice was very Good. The deviled crab was Not good. No crab that I could taste. The soups were delicious. I heard the Frog legs were Really Good (I wouldn't know cause I don't eat'em). My favorite thing here was the Clam chowder and Rice, which is a red rice with bits of sausage. All in All, a very nice place.”

“The store was clean and stocked. The cashiers were "meh." I can't tell you about their self-service by the pump or their bathroom or yogurt. Great chicken and beef empanada for people who like to fish for their meat. It looks like there was enough meat for 1 empanada but was stretched for 5 empanadas. Then to be stingy with the meat they add peas and carrots. A big plus, have olives. :D On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being great and 1 being gross....perfect 5. Not great but not gross. I imagine they're great if you're drunk or hungry.”

“We go to Quick Burger just about every week. The burgers are exceptionally delicious and priced VERY reasonably. The burgers are named after surrounding areas, each having a unique combination of items added to the burger. I have several "the best"....Big Canoe Burger is a combo of sweet and salty with cheese and an onion jam added, Ballground Burger has bacon, fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese added; these are just two of the several. All are served with lettuce, tomato, and pickle; we opt to add fries or tots for just a dollar more. They do serve full meals which I understand are very good. A must have to finish your meal is a slice of Key lime pie made from scratch by the owner's wife.”

“We went in the middle of the day, so of course we did not expect the restaurant to be busy. The food was great. However, there are a few things this owner could do to make the star quality improve. If you are serving Italian food, by all means, have some Pandora Italian music playing softly in the background .Understand your customer and what they are ordering, I asked for Fettuccine "without chicken" but got home and it had no Alfredo sauce ( which again could be my fault which is why they are getting 4 stars. I should have said, with sauce and no chicken. In addition, to improve ratings, if a customer asks for roasted garlic, there should be some in an Italian restaurant! It is so inexpensive and makes Italian food taste so good. Again, it's the small stuff that makes ratings improve.We will be back again and hope for the restaurant ratings to improve. The food is good and it has huge potential with some tender loving care and initiative and pride from the owner to improve.”

Very generous portions, and one of the tastiest chicken salad sandwiches I've ever had. We got some desserts to go, which were wonderful as well.
