“Man this is one of the best Hardee's that I have ever been to! The staff is super fast and friendly, they were all very courteous. They truly seemed to enjoy being there, that is rare nowadays! Now what I had was the Monster Double with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Onion Rings everything was hot fresh and delicious! Once I ordered they dropped the Onion Rings I sat down and in 2 minutes I had my meal!?! I will definitely be back in the near future, I live closer to the other Hardee's but this one is way better. “I have been coming to the store on a regular basis for over 5 years in the past years there is always been staff turn over, but that is true for this type of business and many transfer to a store closer to home. In the past year, AALIYAH has specifically been very pleasant and greets smiling always. The manager has always been professional and has the responsibility of filling vacancies. It is a busy store! People working manage their work and get to "enjoy" listening to customers in a hurry and having their own bad days, probably more often lately than ever before. Keep in mind, these staff do manage risks of robberies and airborn viral infections. I appreciate that greatly, just saying. Btw one of my friends told me that when people say JUST SAYING they are really choosing politeness vs calling you a "dumba#*". Kinda true, huh?”

“This location was right next to the highway which was nice. I went in to get a drink and the staff was interesting. They rang me up but were having a conversation about something and looking outside saying someone was there. Three of them were just loudly laughing/talking and besides ringing me up ignoring the fact that I was right in front of them. I didn't pay much attention to what they were saying but I definitely heard some foul language mixed in. Overall I would say a little more professionalism is needed. I understand it's a quick stop gas station but I don't need to be in the middle of a private conversation when I'm trying to be a paying customer. Just wait until I leave to have your back and forth. I wasn't the only one in there either.”

Most places do not want to loose that sale and would have never let a customer know that. Considering I was on a lunch break and pressed for time, I appreciated being told that! Due to her honesty, I toughed out the less than 20 minute wait. I ordered a club for myself and some other items for co- workers and that was the best club - hands down! If you have not had a chance to eat at Janwiches, make time! It is worth it!”

“The smoothies and food are good but the wait is ridiculous. I ordered online to avoid the wait. My order was supposed to be ready 1215. 1220 I asked a girl about my order and she confirmed it was being worked on by the other girl. 15 minutes later, 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, i finally got my smoothie. I was annoyed. If the online orders were not going to be done by the time given on the app, there needs to be an adjustment made to the app or not have the app at all if the online orders can’t be met on time. There were more than 4 others who were in the same boat as I and we all had to be back to work. That wait time was just unacceptable being that I ordered ahead of time.”
