“Depending on the shift, you can get the correct order prepared and decent staff. Unfortunately, the "hot and ready" pizza is almost NEVER ready!! Other establishments can prepare order just as fast, if not faster, and better quality. Every now and then you can catch the "good" manager and she keeps things running smooth with a shorter wait time and "picture perfect" quality pizza.”

“Went in for some Friday fish, a southern custom of sorts, to get a bite to eat! They employees were courteous as always, greeting you when you come in and my order was taken promptly. Asked if I need any sauces and such, making sure that my order was right before I left as they always do. The only issue I have is with the portion size! I got the catfish 2 piece and the size of the filets were on the small side. They were hot though (I like mine fried...sue me!) and so were the hush puppies and the green beans and rice! Good experience and worth a visit!”

“I gave the place 3 stars because of the 2hr wait time for my entree. It was a large inconvenience to my day. Had I been informed of the wait time then I could have made a different decision. The crab cakes were small but full of flavor. $15 bucks for bottomless mimosas was a nice treat. Pasta was bland and could use seasoning of some sort. The reason the place did earn the three stars was strictly due to the customer service. The manager and my waiter were very pleasant. I understand that they are not in charge of the kitchen. They understood my issue with the time and assured me that this was uncommon. I hope this is the case. Thank you to Michael and Hailey for their efforts. They really represented the restaurant well with their great customer.”

Everyone is always nice and my food is delicious. I haven’t encountered a problem here so far. But I must say if I ever did I know from what I’ve witnessed on occasion the manager would handle the situation accordingly. Very bright young lady who has a heart of gold toward her group of people. She shows much passion and understanding for everyone. It’s quite nice to see a manager who is in here in the evening because you don’t too often see that anywhere. I’ve witnessed first hand how derogatory some people can be to the people who work here and all I can say is shame on you because these people are doing a job to meet our needs at least you can show a little respect to them after all they are cooking our food and serving it up to us. I will still frequent this location because the food is great and the people are friendly! And I absolutely love the staff here.”
