Cheese and her friend as a reward for doing good at softball camp every employee acknowledged us was very nice very friendly the kids had a great time the food was wonderful for pizza from Chuck E. Cheese the salad bar was good clean and well stocked the game as were all clean and in working order. The eating area was very clean no dirty tables the floor was also very clean. “Have to give a shout out to the NEW MANAGER Vincent. Been coming to this red lobster for years only to watch it go down in service and quality of food. But with the new management I have seen absolute professional staff. They care and are very attentive. The bartender Ivory is an absolute doll as well as our server Nicky J. Ask for both it will be worth it. If you have been disappointed in the past at least try to come back and give it another chance.”

I understand that you may get extremely busy, but please make sure someone is also taking care of the sitting area. Normally I would give a 5 star rating, but until I see improvement, I would be doing a disservice to you and your company. Also please make sure your associates are a little more focus on the customers and getting them out the door and having personal conversations that are not relevant to what the customer are ordering. Speed and accuracy is key. When we come, we tip VERY WELL and we would like to receive the same service in return. Just wanted to point out a few things from a customer stand point!! “Just went by this McDonald's on my way out of Atlanta out of convenience. I wasn't expecting anything special, after all it's just a McDonald's, but it was one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had so I figured I'd leave a positive review.
