“The closest thing to civilization purchase wise when staying at the Getaway tiny cabin Glamping ground. It’s 4:17 in the afternoon on a Monday and they are closed. My wife says “maybe they are closed on Mondays?” It exists is all I can say....and that I hope they have penny candy and comic books like my childhood visits to New Hampshire. Update: peeked inside. Pretty sure it’s been closed for awhile.”

“We stopped for lunch on a drive through the mountains. Great sandwiches on an incredibly beautiful piece of property. Indoor and plenty of outdoor seating. Great hospitality, very clean and comfortable. Wrap around porch overlooking wide, flowing Canada Creek.”

“Stopped in there with my friends last Saturday for lunch. GREAT food! Being from Canada I didn't understand quite what "Chicken fried Chicken" is (I thought it was Fired Chicken.) Of course it is fried Chicken but more! Nicely cooked, tasty, just wonderful! Highly recommended this restaurant for anyone looking for some great local food!”
