“Below is a copy of what I sent to customer service. I have a picture of the voided transaction slip. I was getting about 20.00 in snacks, along with 50.00 in fuel, a very sweet young timid girl was checking me out. We were conversing she was just about to give me my total, when out of the blue a male appeared and just started voiding the transaction carrying on about something while the young girl stood there lost and confused. So, I asked if he was the manager? he said no,the assistant manager. I said oh must be why you have your name tag on backwards but that doesn't protect you from cameras. He said you have issues or something along those lines I said no sir you have issues for the way you are talking to this young lady minding her business doing her job. She chimes in and it's my first day. There is alot more meat to it. I hope you're cameras caught this and have voice. This man does not belong in any management position.”

“This Arby's is a lot nicer & friendlier than Waycross location. The older gentleman that normally works front counter is the friendliest & most courteous! The food is usually awesome, except for our last visit. Our sandwiches (beef brisket) were dried out & the Mozzarella Sticks were a little cold.”

“This would have been a big 4star, except for the seating relative to covid19 . The food was awesome, good price, but seating was sardine packed around bar. No 6ft. distancing AT ALL. Some tables was difficult to walk between to get to bar. Having 3 young teenagers with me, I seated us at back as distanced as possible and collected food from bar for them. Arrived at 11a. Mostly elderly customers (approx 98%). Not a good place to eat right now with concerns of covid virus.”

“Stuffed red snapper was delicious. Desserts are exceptional! Great sweet tea. We got there late, about 8:40, so and the place was packed, so before we got our meal they started running out of things like baked potatoes, cheese grits, and later sweet tea, but the waitress was extremely attentive and apologetic even though it was no fault of hers. They definitely made up for it in other unexpected ways that most restaurants would never do. We will definitely be back, but will try to make it a little earlier. Seafood dip appetizer was exceptionally good. Those chips!!!❤”

“FINALLY! I have found THE Mexican restaurant! This was an absolutely incredible experience! The closest and best food I've found since leaving Colorado. The service was outstanding, the foods incredible and the prices stunningly low. You will not be disappointed. It's worth every mile to get there. I went with an incredibly large and loud group (30+), with everyone getting separate checks and our waiter never blinked an eye. He was FANTASTIC. I wish I found out his name, because he was awesome! Everything about the experience was perfect! Kudos to the owner for great food and insanely wonderful staff! My forever go to for eating out. Thank you!”
