Gen Korean BBQ House

This kind of restaurant is good if you're sure that you can eat all that you order in two hours. So my family and I order what we like and just eat like there is no tomorrow. It is good, fun, and satisfying. Come try it ONLY if you are really hungry.

We came for my sister's birthday at her request. We were going to go to another Korean BBQ place at Waimalu but with the number of people we were going to have, this was a better choice. They were very accommodating and our servers were friendly. The food, excellent, and the choices were plenty. You can order sides from the menu if the regular side dishes they offer is not enough. The part where we sat was unusually cold but with the BBQ it was fine. Great experience. Good for smaller groups as well. Better seating than the town location.

The lights and booth make a perfect ambience for a family get together. Right when you walk in you can smell the fragrance of Korean BBQ. My 9 year old son was so excited. We had a great waiter by the name of Stefan. Our cups never went dry and the meats and seafood just kept coming. We went for dinner and the price was pretty good. Kids are half off up to the age of 10 which was perfect because we had 2 adults, 2 kids under 10 and 1 infant who was free. The meals comes with salad, rice and the vegetable sides. To be honest my kids and I didn't really touch our rice because we wanted to eat as much meat as possible. We will definately be back for special occasions.

Went on a Friday night and was seated pretty quickly. The ambiance is nice...modern, clean and not smokey.

However, our server wasn't the greatest at explaining about items on the menu. She also didn't check on us very often. If it wasn't for the other staff members walking by and assisting us, we would have waited forever to order additional items.

It wouldn't be my first choice, but I would give them another shot if my friends want to try it.

$16.99 Lunch and $26.99 dinner per person all you can eat Korean BBQ! Bottomless drinks are $4! Affordable and delicious! Friendly fast service. A great place to stop by with friends and family! Definitely worth the trip from Alaska.
