The "Global Hawaiian Cuisine" is one of the best on Oahu and a fantastic dining experience. Chef Eric Oto combines tradition and innovation in a perfect manner. The atmosphere and view are fantastic.

(July 14, 2019, 3:16 pm)We ate here on Valentine’s Day 2019!. Food was delicious. We all got the tasting menu with the wine paring. Super pricey but the food was worth it. The staff were all very nice and the bathrooms were clean.

(June 2, 2019, 11:39 pm)Wonderful, elegant food that was perfectly cooked with wonderful and unique flavors. The service was wonderful, the view was amazing, and I highly recommend checking out this restaurant within the amazing Kahala Hotel. I personally recommend the ahi sashimi and the duck.

(May 11, 2019, 5:59 am)What an incredible experience! My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at the Kahala Resort and made reservations at Hoku's. I couldn't recommend them more! From the moment we stepped through the doors, staff treated us with respect and warmth. Our server, Chris, was incredibly attentive and positive and the food was the stuff of dreams. Hands down, the best dining experience of my life. Thank you so much to Chris and everyone else at Hoku's for making our meal such an unforgettable adventure.
P.S. - the lamb is to die for. -

(April 21, 2019, 9:52 am)Love the food, tried the fried prawns & fish, it was super delicious.
The Garlic rice was finger looking good.
In starter they provide "Rice Crackers" which is toooooo yummy. I asked them to refill it???? as I finished the first batch too quick.
Also tried the dessert (forgot the name). It was good too.
The staff is very good. Ambience and cleanliness is 10/10. Highly recommended.
