I loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent. The food was the best I’ve had in a long time. I told lots of my friends about this place and I am planning to go back soon. Parking and validation was great too especially in Waikiki. See you soon, can’t get enough.

Some of the food is just okay, and some foods are really good!

The tempura crab rolls were delicious! The steak was just okay. Crab legs were kept warm and super delicious. You can have crepes w/ ice cream, made to order.

Service was great! Our server was very nice, and the people passing out the food were also nice.

With all the negative reviews I have to say we we enjoyed ourselves. SERVICE: we had great service by the owner herself and her wait staff. They gave us great attention.
FOOD: The crab legs were but too small, some oysters were undercooked. Steak, I wouldn't call rib eye. Other than that everything else was delicious.

Bottom line up front: the food is good. But I wouldn’t go again.

The food is fine, however the service is bad and the atmosphere is hectic. Many times the lines for the food were very long and the kitchen staff had problems keeping food out. The sushi buffet was a mess. Things weren’t labeled. The waitstaff didn’t fill our drinks even once. A stranger got up and got a pitcher and started watering tables. For $112 plus tip I expect a little better experience. We won’t be visiting again.

If you're coming mainly for the crab legs then it's worth it. I mainly wanted sushi but was disappointed in the quality and variety. There were many options but they all tasted the same to me. I ate crab and steak all night (the steak was bomb, ribeye). They limit your stay to an hour and a half, which I thought was enough time but it really wasn't. We went on a Saturday night and only half of the restaurant was filled but they just couldn't keep up with keeping the crab legs station filled. I spent most of my 90 minutes waiting. Bottom line if you want an all you can eat buffet with crab legs and you don't want to spend a lot I'd recommend this place. And they offer kamaaina discount, came out to $39/ person for dinner.
