I really want to love this course but don't. It's in pretty good shape. It's rough around the edges. My issue is lack of common necessities. No drinking water on the course. Not one ball washer. It's a Saturday, supposed to hit 100 and we finally saw the beverage cart when we were teeing off on 18.

This review is to reflect my experience with the restaurant inside the course specifically. I stopped in for lunch today and ordered the burger (medium well with just grilled onions). What I received was medium rare, with grilled red onions and a soggy red bun. Maybe I'm being picky, but I would expect grilled onions for a burger to be yellow or white. I asked for it to be remade, and it felt pretty evident that I upset their kitchen because what was sent back was not only well done but pretty well past. I can only assume this was the case given the fact that I was the only guest dining at the time, so it's either a petty cook or the person just has no idea how to cook a burger. The cook, who I subsequently found out is their kitchen manager, came out at one point and just stood behind the bar awkwardly staring for a minute before returning to the kitchen. The service/bar is great though! Next time I'll just skip the burger.

Great course with nice scenery and variety. Some holes have water, some are doglegs, some are relatively narrow, so the course doesn't feel boring. The clubhouse and restaurant are really nice. The greens are a bit inconsistent though, a couple were in fantastic shape but some were very uneven. Almost as though they've worked on some for the season but not gotten to all of them yet. Overall a great course, price is more or less average compared to other full length, reasonably nice courses in the Treasure Valley.
