“Review has been a long time coming since we probably come here once a week. Food is delicious and there's many choices to choose from for elevated bar snacks. Portions are hefty and it's a good idea to come prepared with an eating partner to maximize your options. Service at this location is phenomenal. We normally sit at the bar so special shout out to Liz, Madison, and Rachel. We were sat with Caitlin tonight and she was fabulous and offered top-notch service. Also have to give big thanks to Taphouse Star for having a heated and enclosed patio. It's so appreciated when you have dogs that you like bringing with even in winter months when there's fewer options.”

“Loved that the restaurant wasn't super loud and bright, but a very relaxing environment. I really enjoyed my crispy chicken salad, the chicken in it was delicious. Others really liked the steak and brussel sprouts (I am still thinking about those sprouts, they were so good. I could've made a meal out of just those). One note was the meatloaf wasn't very flavorful but the gravy they had put on it helped a lot. Apparently the chowder was tasty too. Our waitress was only on her fourth day working there but we'd never have known, she was so friendly and really knew her stuff.”

“Have heard so much about this place that we finally made the short trek to see what all the hype is about. Easy access as right off State St and in the same building as The Gym. Easy to read menu that seems to be all natural with no additives or junkie preservatives that we could tell. We both had the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss, and since we have some food allergies, both owners we spoke to were very accommodating, and we all actually experimented in making something new. Both of our variations were very delicious and filling. They even made us an Acai bowl, again fulfilling our specific food allergens perfectly, so thank you! That too, was super yummy. We included the picture of the partially eaten Acai bowl as we were a bit too eager to delve into it before snapping a picture. We asked about their peanut butter and chocolate drizzle, and both are made by them - apparently not store bought! Clean environment, extremely friendly owners, and now the only smoothie, juice locale we will ever visit. Other places are way too commercialized and use frozen, bagged products full of added sugars. What you get here are the natural sugars that come with the fruit. Thank you both for making our first visit the very best! See you both soon!”

“One of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Went with their recommendation of the Verde Burrito (wet). This thing was delicious, the pork was cooked just right, cheese and sauce everywhere. PLUS it came with rice and beans which were an unexpected surprise for the price of 9.50. Only downside is no seating where they are set up, but you can always sit at the Ridley’s patio nearby, or eat to-go, or in your car… Either way I’ll definitely be back.”

Wait times are not very long, they usually have the food ready to go. Sometimes you have to wait out front because they are out of something and are making a new batch. “We’ve eaten at Pieology several times and have always had a great experience. We had multiple pizzas and everything was made to order, hot, and tasty. I attempted to take a picture of each pizza on our last visit, but one was finished before I could get to it - he liked it that much! They were also graciously accommodating of my kids’ requests to watch a different movie in the seating area - which I think is above and beyond. I highly recommend making this a staple choice in your family restaurant rotation!”
