    Always amazing food, tasty empanadas, and have you tried that chimichurri?!?!?! AMAZING! Kind people, fast service, great food! I'd recommend to ANYONE!

    Parked in a beautiful spot right next to the river that runs across the heart of beautiful Caldwell. Gaucho's food truck is like any other until you meet the wonderful man that runs it and taste the amazing food. I ate a fantastic steak sandwhich and I will certainly be back, walking this river is one of the things I truly enjoy in this area and ive experienced many of the local businesses, I am glad to add Gaucho's to that list.

    Wow so good. Everything here is the absolute best. Today we had the Steak and Bacon sandwich with fries, the sausage sandwich the fried steak sandwich with cheese. It is a taste of Argentina. So so good. Worth the drive from Boise to historic Caldwell along side the Indian Creek.

    This place is so so good! We got the milanesa napolitana in chicken and beef and we were very pleased with our choices! The chimichurry is so tasty, we are going to have to order a bunch of it next time. The empinadas were great too :)

    Tasty food and fast service. Super nice people run it.

    They may have a limited menu but it allows them to be good way what they do.

    All the sandwiches are good and are a good value. Empanadas are tasty, I much prefer the dessert one most.
