Initially, I showed up looking to partake in some of this Thai goodness per all of the wonderful reviews. Unfortunately, I learned (from the owner) that the food truck has temporarily closed awaiting the arrival of their first baby. Seems I didn't get the memo. LOL

Have no fear. The owner does plan on opening again after they get a chance to enjoy their little bundle of joy. Best wishes, Gary

Attention to detail! Really great menu for a small food cart. Great friendly service, food was really tasty. They even vented the Togo box so the egg roll wouldn't get soggy! Everyone go there so they don't close down!

Tried for the first time today after much anticipation and we were not let down. My husband and I tried the crispy pork pad Krakow, beef teriyaki stir fry, egg rolls, and tom yum soup and everything was very flavorful and the presentation was great! We especially enjoyed the egg rolls and accompanying sauce. The portion sizes were very generous as well, leaving us with plenty of leftovers for another meal. We are looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu!

We were pulling our trailer through Idaho and ready for lunch. A Google search showed this place 20 minutes ahead with an online ordering system. Bonus was the large lot for parking our rig, which can be a hassle at a typical restaurant. We ordered online and the food was ready when we arrived. What a pleasant experience. The husband and wife team were super friendly, the food was fresh with generous portions, and a great picnic table next to the town's river gave us a relaxing venue before we got back on the road. Try the Thai tea!

Update: also tried spring rolls, good sauce — a little greasy though. Drunken noodles were not me or my family’s favorite. Pad Thai was good but still sweet

Solid pad Thai and I am not even a fan of pad Thai. Personally, it’s a bit too sweet for me hence the 4 stars. But definitely flavorful and worth trying.
