“The owner was working as I’m sure she always is. She’s spunky and sweet and has an energy that I’d love to eat breakfast around every morning. They have a pastry of the day and I mentioned that I’d never had a French Cruller before and she sent me away with one for free. “I'll be honest, I normally do not patronize Starbucks because I object to the leftist political stances of the corporation, however recently I purchased a couple lattes from this particular store which was conveniently located right around the corner from another business I was visiting. I was pleasantly surprised at the unusually cheerful and engaging manner of the attendants. They all seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves and went out of their way to greet and engage me with conversation, which I appreciate. The whole culture of this Starbucks is unlike any I have ever visited, so I give credit where credit is due. So I recommend that you check out this particular Starbucks, because you will be treated as valued and appreciated customer. You will no doubt leave with a smile on your face.”

“The place was fairly busy for a Tuesday, so my anticipation was high for a good experience. The waitstaff seemed to be a bit unorganized and not very warm. The waitress came to take our order but since we had not ordered here previously, we asked for another minute. We tried to flag the waitress down a couple of times to no avail, it took about 15+mins to finally place the order. The food was ok. I ordered eggs over medium, they were not. The pork sausage was very garlicky (didn’t like) but that’s a personal preference as my friend enjoyed them. The pancake was filling and delicious. I would suggest investing a little money in new menus that aren’t stained and crinkled. Also, perhaps ask your waitstaff to smile and at least pretend to like working there.”

“I usually don’t care for Carusos because of the lack of flavor. But I was meeting some clients, and this is where they wanted to meet. My experience was pleasant. This one in Coeur d’Alene is a little smaller than the one in Spokane but very convenient right of of I90. I had the club sandwich and it was decent. I have had better sub sandwiches but this was worth the money and tasted fine.”

I don't get the chance to stop by this popular local Starbucks very often, but during my quick indoor visit to grab my favorite Chai Tea, I was reminded that the super sweet, professional, helpful & just plain nice team working here makes my delicious hot Venti Chai even more enjoyable! Totally recommend stopping inside on your next visit-lots of Free easy accessible parking and super quick and efficient service, clean good smelling restrooms too! Located near the cinema at Riverstone, CdA, this Starbucks has been a local favorite for many years, and for good reason! Keeping with Riverstones classic, Idahoan lake cabin decor, the atmosphere is very cozy, clean & inviting; reminiscent of a lake house living room. There's a convenient drive thru option for those very busy multitasking folks as well; but I would encourage anyone looking for a relaxing & enjoyable coffee, tea, or even a delicious bite to eat, to take a few minutes to go inside, get to know the fabulous local staff, and truly savor your favorite treat here!”

“Such a charming, airy place. Very friendly, fast customer service. On this visit, I ordered the Super Green Juice with pineapple on the cashier's recommendation. Fantastic choice. Very tasty juice. I ordered the Super Power Smoothie for my husband and he said it was fantastic. The energy bites at 65 cents each were tasty and the perfect price point. Two makes a great snack. Such a great place to work/drink/eat/meet friends in this charming setting. Love the little alcoves out back. Outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend. Five full stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Nice space. Food was good. They have some kind of partnership program with local businesses, lots of advertising inside. Cute event space you can rent. Outdoor patio that is fine, overlooking the lake and the parking lot. My only complaint is the Uber Uber wobbly tables which threatens to spill our drinks repeatedly. Service was quick and friendly. The kids play area is super cute, and really functional!”
