“Came to town for a Football game with my sons and decided on Pizza. With different ideas of which is good, the three of us decided on the 24" pepperoni. This New York style pie had the right amount of sauce and the crust was delicious. I am surprised I could only eat one slice since my appetite was pretty big. The slices hung over the edge of the plate. Pizza was amazing and is a great breakfast this morning as I write this. Recommend”

“Purple Sage was in nice shape when I played. This course is flat and easy to walk. The price was great as well. One of the most interesting things about this course was its overall layout. It felt like they built 18 holes on a 36 hole piece of land. The trees on the edges of the fairways didn't connect to another hole, but rather an empty rough area about the width of another fairway. This would be a great place for players who slice or hook the ball to not worry about hitting/injuring another player.”

“I will round up to 4 stars but would probably give River City 3.5 if I could. My pizza was loaded with cheese and that kind of took away from the toppings and sauce on the Cowboy. The crust was of a decent flavor and although it probably could have been cooked a little more, I enjoyed the doughiness. For the price I expected more. The overall experience wasn't great, but it was good. The staff took my order over the phone and they were very pleasant when I showed to pick up my order. Not sure I will try again.”

They periodically have live bands. They also have outdoor seating that is classy and winter friendly. Outdoor seating overlooks the river. It is fully enclosed with heaters. “We got the Valentines special, three loaded tacos in both Carne Asada and chicken, and they were the best tacos we’ve had in Saint Maries! They even sent the salsa in these cute little heart containers. They also give you a beeper so when your order is ready, you can come get it so you don’t have to sit outside in the cold Waiting or wondering if your order is ready. Great addition to the SM area!! “I was very excited to try this business. Food was good but way undersized portions for a regular meal. A meatloaf dinner somewhere else for 14.00 would typically have two to three slices of meatloaf. I placed a small fork in one of the pictures for portion reference. Mashed potatoes portion was fine but brussel sprouts also undersized. This is not a viable option when we can go and pick up from somewhere like Cracker Barrel for less money and far more food. As I said, food was good but both my son and I are still hungry. We got a milk shake when we picked up food. Really excellent, BUT $10.00. Sadly, we won't return.”

“You will never go to Hamburger Connection and not get a great meal. Their burgers are tried and true and their ice cream is awesome. Try the Jumbo Burger and a scotch and soda soft drink. Very disappointed that the tortilla shell bowl on the taco salad is now gone despite it still being in the pictures on the menu. Also the size of the chicken tenders was pretty sad (even smaller than they look in the picture). I will say the employee saved them a star by being generous with the courtesy cones.”

“Had a not so great experience last night with a delivery. Couldn't get through last night to discuss it but I called today and the manager was so nice. She gave us store credit to cover last night and then a little extra for the inconvenience. Apologized and quickly handled the matter. It is always such a breath of fresh air when a manager doesn't take a complaint personally. We actually order from them all the time and usually don't have any problems. The way the manager handled this though guaranteed our continued business.”
