“What a great place! A beautiful restaurant with lots of cool wood and personal touches. I went with some friends, and we really loved everything. We started with pretzel bites and corn fritters, both of which were delicious. I had the fabulous meatloaf - seriously delicious - and my friends had the Horeshoe, the brie and apple sandwich, the iceberg salad with bacon added in and the cheese tortellini. The homemade French fries were especially good. Everyone loved their entrees and ate every bite. For dessert we shared some of everything - bread pudding, homemade caramel ice cream, milk and cookies and the dessert special - key lime pie. The cocktails were great. The Comet was very good, but the Rum Roy was my favorite. We already can't wait to go back!”

“What an absolutely phenomenal experience!!! Short story...a friend who lives in the area posted how great this place was on FB so I decided to check it out. What a brilliant move on my part! We get there and are warmly greeted and sat. The server is a wonderful young lady who tells us a little about some of the items we are interested and quickly gets our drinks and lets us be to check over the rest of the menu. She is very attentive and comes back and takes our order. She brings us some of the most amazing knotted dinner bread. The salads come out and are TOP notch. The bowls are cold as they should be and they have just the right amount of dressing. The dinner comes out and both of our orders are better than most any other Italian restaurant we've been to. We were checked on repeatedly by both our server and a nice lady who we later found out was the owner. They've got this figured out and are just doing it RIGHT! We drove a decent distance to get here and I'd do it again tomorrow! COME TRY THIS PLACE! You won't regret it and it will become your new favorite just as it's become ours!”
