    My food was good but my waitress today was FLATTTTTTT. She was a young blonde women. Don't you dare ask about Specials because she will quickly redirect you.

    She wasn't very nice HOWEVER out of fairness to the others, cashier and other waitress observed they were very nice!

    Great service and super fast! The food is also amazing and fills you up. Come here every weekend!

    Visited December 31st 9:30am.
    WOW. Great breakfast place. A true gem.
    Our hostess / waitress was very nice and attentive. She came every 5 minutes asking if we were ok and with the coffee. The food was great, big servings so come hungry. The French toast was nice and fluffy.

    One downside, the cashier guy at the front of the house. When we first walked in there was no line just a guy in front of us. That’s why I took away a star. The cashier and guy were having a conversation that has nothing to do with the restaurant or getting a seat so we waited until they finished their conversation. That was inconvenient.

    Always enjoyable at Big Apple... Keisha is my favorite waitress because she is pleasant and she remembers what her regular customers want before they have to ask her at the next visit. At the Big Apple in Chicago Heights I Never feel I’ve wasted my money.. great meal portions and great prices.. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

    This my regular stop for breakfast. The service is fast and friendly. The portion sizes are large and the staff is so friendly. If you want a meal in a great atmosphere come to this place. I may go today ????
