Great Italian spot in downtown Chicago. The staff and service were awesome and had a good atmosphere. Food was amazing, definitely a place I would return to next time I visit.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. Great food! Would recommend. It's a kind of classy place so I would advise nicer clothing.

We had a large party on NYE (9) and Kent was phenomenal. What a way to ring in the New Year! I'm not afraid to admit that some of the members of my party were a little needy at times, and he handled it with such ease and grace. I greatly appreciate his patience and attentive service. We've done a New Years dinner together at several different places for about 12 years now, and this is by far the best service we've ever had! Thanks again, Kent, for making this the best New Year's Eve dinner to date! Carmine's is the place to be and Kent is the server to have! Thank you to not only our server, but the hosts and the other staff, as well, that helped deliver food and serve the table. They were incredibly helpful and kind. Seriously, thank you to the wonderful staff that helped to make our experience one in a trillion! I'd give a hundred stars if I could!

This is great Italian food with ambiance and service to match. They have an excellent menu with the ability to accommodate even the most selective eater. This is a place that will always receive my repeat business!

Brought my girlfriend here for our first real date and I left quite an impression. Good portions and fresh, food. There was a wedding party so we were stuck in a small section in the back. The server was attentive and friendly and took his time like any other table albeit we are young. With appetizers, soup, and 2 entrees the bill was about $140. A bit pricey but I would definitely come back.
