Gao’s Kabob 老高烧烤

As a Taiwanese who's lived in China and Taiwan for a long time and tried tons of Chinese BBQs in my whole life, I can absolutely vouch for the quality of this BBQ restaurant. THIS IS THE BEST AUTHENTIC CHINESE BBQ I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! PERIOD.

Service of this restaurant is SUPERB and we didn't wait too long for food. It can fit a big group as well as only 1 person. All the staff members are super friendly and professional and this restaurant is not expensive at all for me and my two other friends.

This is a nice place serving Korean bbq; the main downside is the capacity. Not long after opening they tend to run out of tables and they don’t do themselves a favor with speedy service. The food is quite delicious. The bigger kabobs taste much better. The bread served is quite tasty. A pity they don’t serve beer! The price is reasonable. I’d recommend this restaurant.

Better get there exactly or a few minutes before 5 if you don't want to wait half to an hour. Service is ok since there are only 2 or so waiters taking care of all the tables. There aren't any other Chinese bbq like that so it's really good and the only choice.

"It's the best northern Chinese style BBQ", I was told by a real northern Chinese. To be fair, there aren't too much options anyway so it might not be a false statement. As a place for late night supper, the food here are heavily seasoned hence you would probably enjoy better with cold beer.
