The Gringo

This place is usually pretty awesome, so idk what’s going on. I’ve had my share of tacos that didn’t live up to my standards, but I expect that every now and again. I don’t even mind the long waits. Unfortunately, I was not at all happy about my most recent order from there. The tacos weren’t hot; I’m guessing they’re switching to flour tortillas (never had an issue with this prior, but not at all my preference); and none of the tacos were flavorful. It makes it worse that I brag to my coworkers about this place and was super excited to go during my lunch only to feel like I wasted my money and a trip through the snow & slush.

Went here for brunch with some family in town. Everyone loved their food including the quesadilla they made for my son which was delicious. We were the first ones in there and had great service. I’d go back again to try the tacos and especially once the weather is nice enough to enjoy that patio.

Very pricey for tacos and small servings. Tasted great though. Beers are about $5 and Margs $10 (small size). I would recommend the nachos with chicken for the best value.
