Great tasting product and spacious for being downtown. It was my first time trying Cuban espresso, which was quite nice. I also had the Chivito sandwich per the recommendation of my cashier, and thought it was well-balanced and tasty (although, the bread could have been a bit more well-done). I had no issue finding a seat at lunch time on a workday, and would definitely return for more.

Absolutely love this place. Perfect spot for lunch during a busy workday. The sandwiches are amazing and the coffee is delicious. Prices are fair for downtown area. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. This ace gets very busy during typical lunch hours and it may be hard to find seating.

This place is the best! Excellent, delicious food, really authentic, healthy Cuban food. The only thing to watch for is that it gets very busy right at 12 noon, so I recommend that people go either before 12 noon or during the off hours. Otherwise, highly recommended!!!

I had a veggie sandwich, soup and cafe con leche. Everything was great! The sandwich did have jalapeno hummus which made me a bit nervous, but on a scale of 10, it is only about 1.6 in hotness.

Staff are very nice and helpful. This place is particularly convenient if you're staying at the hostel, but well worth going out of your way for.

This is easily one of my favorite spots in Chicago. Everything is reasonably priced and worth every penny. They have amazing coffee and fantastic food. I will always get the arugula salad with shrimp because it is the best salad I have ever had. The cafe environment is very friendly and warm, so whether you're there alone working on your laptop or chatting with a friend, it's just perfect. The staff is super friendly, too, and though it's a small space, it's used very efficiently. Definitely recommend trying it out because I'm almost certain you'll love it.
