Blaze Pizza

Just as good as any other Blaze, but can be pretty busy at times.

Fast, inexpensive, and delicious. Staff seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Waited about 15 minutes for 2 Garlic Knots and the Green Stripe pizza. Fortunately (unfortunately) I ate the entire thing.

High-quality, fully customizable, individual, thin crust pizza. Where else can you go to get exactly what you want on your pizza, without sacrificing taste?

We’ve gone twice and been highly satisfied both times. She opted for Hawaiian (Canadian bacon, pineapple); I went somewhat crazy on toppings the first time, then dialed it back to spicy sauce, mozzarella, double pepperoni, and bacon the second time. All were excellent. The ingredients are fresh and the crust is just crispy enough. My wife also tried the s’more pie and wanted to eat three more.

The staff is friendly and helpful, while the restaurant itself is clean, well-lit, and relaxed. Even when the line is long, they keep things moving.

The $5 lunch special is a good deal, although we haven’t been able to take advantage of it. You can also save a buck or two if you limit your pizza to two or one ingredient(s), respectively.

Cautions:
- The pizza can get weighed down by the amount of ingredients. I’ll go with the high-rise dough ($2) next time to see if that helps balance it out.
- The mix of toppings and sauces (especially if you add something like buffalo or barbecue at the end) can be a lot of flavors at once, drowning some of them out.
- The serving size is right in the grey area, where you shouldn’t eat it all at once - although we definitely want did - but eating half and saving the rest is not satisfying. Be prepared for a big meal.

Pizza is always cooked just right and exactly how you like it. The staff here are so incredibly friendly and you cannot beat the prices. You can get a whole personal pizza and drink for the same price as a subway 6in meal.
