City Winery

Great food and drink! We did the dome experience. There seemed to be some miscommunication but we did eventually get a server. There are 4 domes. It was a little chilly inside (I kept my coat on) but very cute and cozy otherwise. There is valet parking for $16 but we were able to find street parking for free. The person who brought us our food, not our server, seemed very annoyed and inconvenienced by us asking for a set of silverware (reservation for 4 but only 3 place settings) but everyone else was lovely including the hostess.

Went to City Winery for the first time a few weeks ago with a friend. We had a 7pm reservation on a Friday. My friend suggested the red wine flight which I enjoyed. They also have a prixe fixed menu so I order the 3 course meal also. My friend was undecided so she told the waitress she would order when my 1st course arrived. I put in the order for all 3 courses at the same time. My meal was brought out by another staff who also had to bring us water because we never received any. I did not enjoy the chicken sandwich it was very bland. Our waitress never came by to see how things were going or to take my friend’s order. When she came back it had been over an hour. She then asked my friend if she wanted to order. Obviously she didn’t as it was almost 9pm at this point. The waitress also told me they just ran out of the dessert course I had ordered at the start of this evening when I ordered everything else. We asked for a manager who comped the meal due to this experience which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. I enjoyed the wine and management was helpful.

Saw the Magnetic Fields last night. They've been on my bucket list for years, and the show was terrific! The Winery is a nice venue with friendly staff and good service. The food could have been warmer, but I don't care because I got to see the MAGNETIC FIELDS! (Hi, Claudia)

The band was great just wish there was an area for dancing. Also be careful when ordering, there was a glitch when i ordered 2 glasses of wine. I got a message that payment didn't go through and i tried it again and ended up getting charged 4x!

Loose Ends gave a great performance with high energy and interaction with patrons. The back up singers had incredible voices too. Each singer shared their range and it was phenomenal.
