(December 31, 2020, 6:06 pm)I had the chance to taste these tamales through a co-worker of mine recently. I must say these tamales are very delicious tamales. I would like to say this much...it's not easy getting a tamale right. You need a savory filling, even amount of meats inside😋 and last but not least a fluffy and flavorful maza! My mother's tamales where the best always! Just a like everybody's else's mom to them🙂 I have always remembered one thing from my mother's tamale's.....the maza was always sooooo fluffy 😇 I have of course ate some good tamales before, but these made me think of my mom💕 so....thank u for that and keep up the good work!
