Lovely place. My cousin's son Mark owns it. Its THE best place to get Fried Chicken on the north side. Crunchy yet moist and super tasty. Can't be beat!

Shout out!!! To one the best Harold’s Chicken on this side of town: Harold’s on north Clark (owns Harold’s on Wilson in Uptown). Both excellent! I had a combo of chicken wings and catfish filet; excellent! Crispy and not greasy… Excellent! Great hot fried chicken wings!!!

Best fried chicken around! So excited to have a Harold's in the area. Recommend calling ahead to pick up as they cook everything to order.

Make sure you get the Taffy Grapes if they have them 😋

So stoked to have a Harold’s in the neighborhood, even if it’s bad for my health. Super nice folks.
They do fry chicken to order, so it can take a minute, but it’s worth it. Next time I’ll call in my order.
The bone in fried chicken is stellar, even by NOLA standards where I lived for a decade. The batter could use some more seasoning for my taste, but the chicken is cooked perfectly and the quality of the batter is excellent. 9/10.
The wings are also very very good. 8.5/10. Same comments on the fry, just classic pieces tend to hit better.
Ask for both tossed in lemon pepper.

Only think I won’t order again is the tenders. Mine where very dry and over cooked, I’m guessing the don’t marinate them. 2/10.
Oh well, I’ll be back nonetheless, especially for that $6 lunch special.
