KINTON RAMEN

My one and only ramen spot! Best ramen in Chicago. I was crushed when they closed during the height of the pandemic but safety first. So glad you guys are back open!!

Came for a quick drink with a friend on a Friday night and stayed for the veggie shoyu ramen with an egg. Topped it off with a slice of delicious matcha cheesecake! The staff were so accommodating and super friendly. Why I never walked over sooner is a mystery to me. Highly recommend!

Right after most welcoming seating we ordered refreshments. I didn't have to debate too much as Saporo on draft is served. Excellent choice since light hit our table just right to play with until the food came. Decided on Pork Spicy Karage ramen since I never tried it before. What could possibly top fried chicken and spicy pork broth combination. I enjoyed every spoonful/mouthful whatever you'd like to call it. Result is the same. Sense overload in every bite. Half portion was enough for me so next day lunch was taken care of. I couldn't resist ordering Tan Tan Men Lite and taking it home as dinner for two. I'm leaning towards Tan Tan Men Lite as my favorite out of the two. Needless to say, I loved it and will come back for more.
