Phenomenal customer service! Stopped by to order two drinks and in that small amount of time about a dozen customers came in and I saw all the staff greet every single customer by their FIRST name!

The baristas in this store in the afternoon shift make a great coffee, they always follow the notes. The presentation of the drinks are excellent and the customer service is the best in the River North area.

I like to have some coffee on the go and this place is fine plus conveniently located. The staff was nice and friendly, i appreciate that. The coffee was okay, and it was everything i wanted.

i’m rating five stars cause of that sweet lady! i didn’t see her name tag entirely but her name started with an n! she ran out to give us a phone we left so great service really!

Meh, Mediocre at best. The charm of this brand has declined. Counter personal need to be more upbeat.
