Great meal. Solid service. Good ambiance.
Sushi was great
Vietnamese grilled pork was not bad but too burnt.
Lobster was awesome.
Eggplant was good but you need to eat it quick or else the breading isn’t good when cold.
Sticky rice sushi was very good. Both options.
I was just passing by while heading to my hotel, and found a sushi restaurant. Looked pretty empty when I went in (around 6pm) but it was a full house a hour later. Sushi, roll, drinks and staffs! Everything was perfect! Would love to go back to Chicago just for this :) special thanks to Kristina! Loved your yuzu cocktail
This place is full of flavorful and delicious drinks/dishes. The Takagashi chicken nuggets are scrumptious. The two rolls were bursting in flavor. We had tried uni before and didn’t like it. We decided to give it another try at this place and we realized the last place didn’t prepare it properly. If you are interested in Uni, this is the place. Huge selection of Japanese alcohol as well.
This is one of my favorite spots in Chicago for sushi! I’ve been here a few times and order out a bit. The atmosphere is awesome and service is incredible. They’re so attentive and friendly. I love the aburi especially the scallops and their rolls are great. I typically get the crunchy avocado or tempura shrimp for rolls. If you want non-sushi, I love the beef ‘n bop sizzling rice. Definitely recommend this place!
