Came here to celebrate my birthday with friends and from the moment you walk in you’re greeted with an aesthetically pleasing display of art and pink flowers throughout the restaurant. The restaurant has cozy booths for groups that seem to hold between 5-6 people, high booth tables, and other seating.

On to the food and drinks… I ordered the margarita flight and did not like a single one. Not only were they warm and not chilled, they were entirely too sweet and all tasted like juice with no character to each one. The purple one was the most disgusting one— tasting like cough syrup. There were several of us at the table that ordered different drinks and most of them ended up being sent back. We ordered a bunch of apps including the salsa trio. The red salsa was good but very spicy. The other two were mango and pineapple, definitely a twist on salsa. The guacamole was surprisingly very good with the additional of the pomegranate seeds to give it the sweet and savory flavor. The pork belly arepa is a MUST. I wish they came in twos and as an entree. For my entree I got the steak frites which were flavorful and came with fries that had a special cajun spice to it. Two of my friends got the fried chicken tacos they shared they were dry. One friend got the mushroom tacos and said they were really good. Overall I think the place was decent, service was great — specifically Kevin and the operation managers.

Atmosphere: the decor is absolutely stunning! Strongly recommended to book ahead via OpenTable! It was packed for Saturdays brunch- 30 minute wait w/o reservations (not bad!)

Food: Asked the hostess what she recommends and ordered the crumpets. I was deciding between the French toast and this and I’m glad I went with the crumpets. I would order this dish again; it was flavorful and well seasoned.

    Service: excellent.

I went to Tabu for restaurant week 2024 and OH MY GOODNESS. The food was not just fantastic but so filling! The DJ kept the atmosphere light and fun (I wanted to get up and dance the whole time) and the decor of the restaurant is just beautiful!! Highly recommend going for restaurant week and in general - the chefs know exactly what they’re doing at Tabu

The service is a bit sparse and the atmosphere isn't very lively for a brunch spot but the food was really good and creative. We had some of everything and didn't have a single bad dish. If someone comes up to you and asks if you want your picture taken, just be aware that it's a $20 charge if you want the buy the photos. This comes off a bit pressured but nothing too pushy.

I had brunch there, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The food selection was delicious and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was great! However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. This place has quickly become one of my new favorites, and I’m already looking forward to returning for dinner soon. And to top it all off, the decor was simply breathtaking – a wow factor that added to the overall charm of the restaurant. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
