“My sandwich was nice. The girl who took my order was very personable and the manager (I think her name was Olivia) was too. Unfortunately, the decaf coffee I'd ordered was cold. I took it back to the counter and asked for another one. The second cup I received was also cold. I asked if the coffee pot was sitting on a hot warmer plate because the regular coffee pots were steaming but the decaf pot wasn't. The employee looked at the warmer and pressed the button to turn it on! She then said the plate wasn't on and asked if I wanted to wait for her to brew another pot. I wanted to wait because I wanted hot coffee. Unfortunately, my sandwich was now cold. It wasn't your best day for sure.”
