Great bowls, great curry.
Pork bowls are the best! I want to work through the menu and try everything at least once, but I always go back to the original. I just tried the curry for the first time in three years of visiting, and was very surprised at how good it is. I think I have a better excuse now to try more. :)
Update: they are back to having good service 7/19/18.
Ok first their food is AMAZING!!! Love it the complaint I have is the service. The past month and a half the service has been SO SLOW!!! I’ve been going here since June2017 and I’ve never had a bad experience until these past two months. First when walking up to order the person who runs the cash register doesn’t even acknowledge you, he just walks around and does other stuff it would be nice if he just said “be with you in a minute” instead of completely ignoring you. Never had that happen before and I’ve waited over 25 min for my food when it used to be quicker. Idk if they changed people or what but they need to get the other people back. I will update if they improve.
All in all, this is an excellent spot for some filling Japanese noodles. The food here is seriously tasty and if it wasn't out of the way for me, I'm sure I'd come here a lot more often.
There are a few downsides though. First, the line will usually be quite long, although I'd be kind of surprised if it wasn't considering the quality of the dishes. Secondly, there's a serious lack of tables in the food court area which can be a big hassle though I don't really blame a single restaurant for this issue.
In the end, this really is a good place for a good meal.
