Denny's

We came in as a decently large group with friends from out of town(6 adults and a baby) and the service was awesome. We came in pretty late in the evening.They were accommodating and patient. The food was quick and yummy and we left happy. Great staff

I never really liked Denny's, but when my mother wanted to take my wife, child and I out to dinner, she choose this Denny's, and I'm happy to say they did a great job. Food was done well, could tell the cooks actually care about what they serve.

Went here for the first time in 15 years and it'll be another 15 or more before I go back. Service was great (5 stars)! Food looks better on the menu than on the plate. The dunkable pumpkin donut holes were great the burger and bacon cheddar fries not so great. My stomach feels about how it did 15 years ago when I ate there. The food quality is made of cheaper ingredients which are over processed similar to fast food but you get a friendly smile to go with your upset stomach.

I've been visiting Denny's locations for nearly 40 years and have had very few instances of poor service, and never one at this particular location in Arlington Heights. My wife and I don't visit as often as we once did solely because we like other establishments as well. That being said, there is nothing bad to say about Denny's in my opinion. It's clean, fast, and the variety of options is expansive. Not only that but you pretty much always know what you are going to be getting because they are consistent.

To be honest I used to really love their Cheese burgers but several years ago they kind of changed them. They are still good but they aren't seasoned the same as they used to be and I miss the old way. There nachos are really good, the sandwiches are all good and breakfast items are all tasty.

My wife and I visited this morning and watched the snow come down while we perused the menu and while she already had her mind made up what she wanted I didn't. I decided to go with the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, not the entire breakfast but just the pancakes. They were outrageously good! I only ate about half of them because I'm not a big eater but they were fabulous and I brought the remainder home for my son to clean up tonight. We will scramble up some eggs and cook him some sausage and bacon and he will be pleased.

This morning our server was Michael and he has waited on us many times before. Always a friendly smile, a great sense of humor and he is always hustling. Terrific, friendly service always here at a very modest price point for better than average food which is always delivered to the table quickly and HOT. The owner of this location has done a really nice job of assembling his staff!
