Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue

I'm from the South and am accustomed to Memphis, Texas and N. Carolina style BBQ. While not quite up to those standards, the ribs are very good. I get them dry with warm sauce on the side. The wings are very good also. Best BBQ I have found in the area.

A little late on the review but I had ordered 2 deep fried turkeys as a holiday gift as well as trimmings. This was catered for a holiday office party and I just recieved my third thank you note for the delicious and unusual dining experience prompting me to write this favorable review. It was well prepared and the turkey was really moist. The restaurant staff were easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Went there with my son while visiting him. Was nice place very interesting since never been there the food was very good. The servers were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained as was the restroom. Liked it and will go back next time I go to Chicago.

Very good food and the restaurant was overall aesthetically pleasing. The service is fast and dining in was a good experience. The sides are rather bland but it's made up with the meat being excellent. The price is rather steep but the worth it. The carry out isn't easily noticed on the side entrance and i had to wait a couple minutes at the front desk. Food is good but be ready to add your own spices on the sides.
